Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier Review - 2006 Mercury Milan- Video

Today on our 2006 Mercury Milan, we'll be testing the Thule SUP Taxi Standup Paddleboard Carrier with a two-board capacity, part number TH810. With the Thule rapid traverse roof rack system on our vehicle, we'll begin our testing by placing the front half of our carrier onto our front load bar. Once we get it in place, we'll bring the strap around our bar and then we can use the small gray hand knob here at the front to go ahead and secure our strap around our front bar. Once we get that secured, we can then move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat that process. With both straps tight, we'll go ahead and grab the rear half of our carrier and then we can place it onto our rear bar. Now it is important that we go ahead and make sure that both halves of our carrier are in line with each other for better hauling of our paddle board. We'll bring our strap around the carrier and you can see how we fit it in the grooves and then we can use that small hand knob to go ahead and secure our strap around our bar. more

Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier Review - 2008 Mercury Mariner- Video

Today we have a 2008 Mercury Mariner and were going to be test fitting the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier part number TH810. Our mariner is equipped with a full factory roof rack so were going to mount the Thule SUP Taxi directly to the factory crossbars. To do this well take half of the carrier and set it up on top of the front crossbar. Well feed the speed link straps around the crossbar and back into the heads. Then we use the hand knobs to tighten down the straps. Next well take the second half of the carrier and place it on top of the rear crossbar. more
